Please note that the administrator will automatically issue a COE for all pensioners annually at the end of March.

Please submit your completed Certificate of Existence to info@tsdbf.net annually. If you have not provided the administrator with the COE your pension will be stopped. If your record has been suspended due to an outstanding COE, please download the TSDBF COE2025  under forms and return it to info@tsdbf.net.

Transnet Second Defined Benefit Fund (TSDBF) was established on 01 December 2000 in terms of the Transnet Pension Fund Amendment Act, 1990 (Act 62 of 1990) as amended by the Transnet Pension Fund Amendment Act, 2000 (Act 41 of 2000).
